Reservations with Groupons and Living Social

Sail San Francisco Bay aboard the sailing yacht "Glory Days" with Bay Breeze Charters!   Please read before making your reservations for Groupons or Living social

Discount tickets using coupons purchased through Groupons, Living Social may be used for any of our regularly priced ($45 value) public sails.  They may NOT be used  for private charters and may not be used for holidays or special events such as 4th of July, Valentines Day, Blue Angels, America's Cup races etc.  They may be used for our Friday & Saturday sunset sails, Sunday morning and full moon sails. Dates and times are on our calendar page and we  POST DATES on the 23rd the month before (for example: Aug dates are posted July 23rd).  All sails depart from Sausalito.  Please do not call or email on any dates that are not up on the calendar page.  We sometimes have private charters so will not always do a ticketed cruises every weekend.  We do our best to get them up but if dates are not there please check back. WE DO NOT take reservations over the phone or by email.  You must make your reservations using the calendar page as reservations are made on a first come first served basis. If a cruise is full you must pick a different date or you are welcome to show up and go stand by and take any empty seats lets by those who no show for reservations..  We reenter any cancellations into the system so we do not have a wait list. Please READ and FOLLOW directions so that it will eliminate problems with the system.  If you have a problem please email us do not call as we get flooded with calls and are out sailing and cannot return them.  Please make sure that you can attend the date you sign up for.  It becomes more difficult when people switch dates after making a reservation as we only take the first 30 people for each cruise.  We require 72 hours notice if you wish to cancel.  Please notify us by email not by phone. Without 72 hours notice you or will not be able to reschedule if you need to cancel and your Groupon voucher is considered used if you NO SHOW not matter what the reason.  Please make sure to allow time to arrive for your cruise, park and find the boat.  We board all cruises 15 minutes prior to the departure time (consider traffic, detours for road construction etc) and if you miss the boat we will not allow you to reschedule your cruise as we reserved your seat and seating is limited.  If you miss the boat the voucher is considered used and will be redeemed.  All directions to the boat and parking information are on our web site under the "Map and Directions" link.  Please use the map and direction link and DO NOT USE a GPS to our mailing address or you will go to the wrong location for the boat.

Please wear non-skid shoes such as tennis shoes. Do not wear black soled street shoes or boots or high heels.  they are unsafe and we have to scrub the black marks off our white fiberglass boat.  Wear a jacket and be prepared for cold conditions.

Please read the following directions before making reservations.  If you have problems please email and do not call so that we can help you more efficiently:

Groupons or Living Social:  Please enter the number of passengers you need seats for a cruise. ( make a separate order if you are purchasing additional tickets above the discount vouchers tickets) kids over three years of age require a tickets and we do not kids priced tickets. Do not enter any codes in discount code section as we have been having too many problems with codes not working. Put your information both email and phone number so you can have a confirmation emailed to you and in case we need to cancel or reschedule the cruise due to an emergency or weather.  Enter Groupon Redemption or voucher code (NOT GROUPON NUMBER) instead of credit card and zeros for the security code.  The system will say you owe full price $90 but you have already paid groupon we are not charging you and you do not owe more money even if it says $90 for two instead of $45.    You should get a automatically generated order confirmation (if you do not get it check your spam folder) We process the final confirmation and send it a day before the cruise as a reminder. Then make sure to bring your Groupon or Living Social redemption codes or vouchers with you to the cruise either print or show us on your phone.  If you are purchasing additional tickets please make a separate order for those in addition to the discount voucher orders and put in your credit card for the purchase of seats.  If there are no tickets left it should say "0" seats available or cruise is full.  Please choose a different cruise as we will put any available seats back in the system if someone cancels.
